1998

East Side Deli, Restaurant and Catering

Doron Fetman began in 1998 as co-owner of East Side Deli, the family kosher deli, restaurant, and catering business in Somerville, NJ, which he helped run through 2012.

2000-2012

Food and product ventures, ahead of the market

In 2003 he co-founded Kosher Sports, the nation's first kosher stadium concession network across major US sports venues. KVI / Hot Nosh 24/6 followed from 2006 to 2009, helping pioneer food automation with a NASA-licensed technology that heated frozen food in under 60 seconds via vending.

Nextrend Imports (2010-2012) brought Biblical Bandz and The Draw Thing to market, alongside Launch Consulting (2010-2012) and Be Retail / Cooking Club for Kids (2011-2012).

2013

Eff Creative Group

He founded Eff Creative Group in 2013 from a Times Square office and grew it into a four-time Inc. 500 company, ranking No. 403, No. 408, No. 1201, and No. 4543 on the Inc. 5000, with operations across New York, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

The agency launched more than 100 platforms and earned 45+ national and international awards, including Entrepreneur 360 and a Fintech Breakthrough Award, with digital and AI-integrated operations arriving before most businesses knew they needed them.

2014-2021

Morphmallow, LLC

In 2014 he co-founded Morphmallow, the SpaghettiHeadz consumer products line, serving as CEO and leading production strategy, market launch, and global distribution from concept to retail, including national retail placement and entertainment licensing.

2018

Recognition

In 2018 Doron was named Executive of the Year, a Gold Stevie at the 15th International Business Awards, the same year Eff Creative Group made the Inc. 500 for the second year in a row, No. 408 on the Inc. 5000.

2019-2020

Acquisition

Ticker Tocker acquired Eff Creative Group, bringing the agency's product and platform capability into fintech; Doron served as COO and Board Member through the transition.

Now

EFFX AI

Today Doron is Co-Founder & Executive Chairman of EFFX AI, which he co-founded with Toby Hassan-Fishman, and Co-Founder of AI Vendtures. EFFX AI partners with founders and organizations to build, launch, scale, and transform businesses, with AI-integrated operations at the core.

The through-line has not changed: he is drawn to industries in friction, and answers with stronger foundations, scalable systems, and execution with clarity and speed.
